No visa needed for travelers from most European countries.
You'll need a valid passport, with at least 6 months of validity beyond your travel date.
You can rent a car and drive with your domestic drivers license.
Getting There
Fly into Cancún International Airport (CUN).
Playa del Carmen is about 1 hour away by car or taxi.
